(Yicai Global) Dec. 6 -- A shareholder of Keybridge Marine Seeds Co. [SHE:002447] has again sold stock in the marine products company that is suspected of stock price speculation.
Liu Xiaoqing sold more than 1.12 million shares priced at CNY9.20 (USD1.34) each, accounting for 0.12 percent of the firm’s total, Keybridge Marine said in a statement. Since Sept. 27, controlling shareholder Liu Dequn and Liu Xiaoqing have sold over 47.6 million shares, almost 5 percent of the total.
Liu Dequn was once the Dalian-based company’s chairman and resigned due to personal reasons. In September, he disposed of 117.42 million shares in the company in five transactions, accounting for 12.32 percent of the total number of the company’s shares worth CNY938 million (USD136.6 million).
