Google Officially Releases China-Oriented Developer Website

(Yicai Global) Dec. 9 -- At its Google Developer Day held in Beijing yesterday, Google Inc. [NASDAQ:GOOG] said it will offer better services to Chinese developers by adding Chinese domain names to its three global developer websites, which will also have partial Chinese content.

The search engine giant also released websites oriented to Chinese developers, including all products necessary for Google developers, such as SDK, which Android Studio as well as the application program interfaces (API) for products, such as Google Map and Chrome require.

Google Developers Agency Program will be accessible to Chinese software development agencies by 2017. Google says China’s developers will find it easier to learn the latest technologies and resources via which to develop innovative applications. Moreover, services like Google Play will also enable them to contact and serve over one billion Android users from over 190 countries and regions worldwide.

Google, however, said it has no plans yet to enter China’s market.
