(Yicai Global) April 29 -- China’s tax revenue decreased by 16 percent to CNY3.48 trillion (USD492 billion) in the first quarter from a year ago, Cai Zili, director of the Revenue Planning and Accounting Department of the State Taxation Administration said in a press briefing today.
