(Yicai Global) July 25 -- China has ascended three ranks to take 14th place among the most innovative countries on a list created by the United Nations's World Intellectual Property Organization, Chinese Science News reported. Switzerland, Sweden, and the US top the list that uses 80 factors including the amount of investment in research and development and high-tech exports to determine where innovation blossoms.
