China's State Construction Engineering Corporation Wins Eight Major Deals Totaling USD3.4 Billion

(Yicai Global) May 31 -- The world's third largest construction contractor, China State Construction Engineering Corp. (CSCEC) [SHG.601668], recently inked contracts covering several major construction projects worth CNY23.7 billion (USD3.4 billion) across China and in Algeria, the company said in a statement.

The projects include four construction projects in Zhengzhou, Henan province, Shenzhen, Guangdong, Zunyi, Guizhou, and Handan, Hebei province, as well as a hotel construction project in Algeria, two public-private partnership infrastructure projects in Sanxiamen, Henan, and Xi'an, Shaanxi, and a coastal motorway construction project in Zhejiang province.

The total value of the eight projects represents 2.5 percent of CSCEC's total audited operating income last year, the statement added.
