(Yicai Global) Feb. 7 -- Chinese stock markets opened lower this morning after a three-day rally that had them bouncing back from a near 9 percent loss when they re-opened on Feb. 3 following an extended Chinese New Year holiday.
The Shanghai Composite Index opened at 2,858.93, down 0.26 percent, while the Shenzhen Component Index started 0.30 percent lower at 10,569.65.The ChiNext Price Index, which tracks growth enterprises in Shenzhen, managed to buck the trend by beginning 0.09 percent higher at 2,014.16.
