(Yicai Global) Dec. 20 -- All Chinese listed companies will soon have to announce their environmental statistics, Dr. Ma Jun, director of the Center for Finance and Development at Beijing's prestigious Tsinghua University, said at the Digital Finance Summit 2019 held at the college today, adding this will be of great significance for China in formulating green financial standards.

Ma is also a member of the Monetary Policy Committee of the People's Bank of China, chairman of the Green Finance Committee of the China Society for Finance and Banking, vice president of the China International Economic Relations Association, and a member of the China Finance 40 Forum, according to Tsinghua University's website.
