(Yicai Global) June 12 -- Evergrande Real Estate Group has reached a cooperation agreement with Pudong Development Bank with the latter providing comprehensive credit of CNY60 billion to the property developer.

The pair will work together on banking, financing, direct financing, cash management, investment banking, and financial advisory, according to the deal signed at Evergrande's Shenzhen headquarters yesterday.
