(Yicai Global) Jan. 28 -- Hong Kong's bourse will open tomorrow as normal, its operator, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing, said in a statement today.   

Re-opening of mainland's bourses after the Lunar New Year holiday has been delayed until Feb. 3 from Jan. 31 due to the novel coronavirus outbreak, the China Securities Regulatory Commission said yesterday.
