(Yicai Global) April 16 -- New house prices in China's original first-tier cities -- Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen -- rose 4.2 percent on the year in March, growing 0.1 point faster than in February. Prices in second-tier and third-tier cities gained 12.2 percent and 11.4 percent, according to data from National Bureau of Statistics which covers 70 major mainland cities.
