(Yicai Global) June 12 -- Real estate developer Sunac China Holdings plans to issue USD600 million of 7.25 percent senior notes on the Singapore Exchange due in 2022.

The company signed the purchase agreement with HSBC, Morgan Stanley, China CITIC Bank International, China Industrial Securities International, Deutsche Bank, Guotai Junan International, ICBC International and Nomura yesterday.
