(Yicai Global) March 8 -- Trade wars are not a proper solution for any international problems, said Chinese Minister of Foreign Affairs Wang Yi at a press conference on March 8, adding that both sides stand to suffer and China would take necessary action in response.

China and the US, two major countries with highly integrated interests, need to show responsibility for other their people and other countries in the world, Wang said. Both countries should sit down and figure out a mutually beneficial solution through equal and constructive dialogues, he added.
