World's Largest Technology Event Held in Hangzhou; Police Drones, Intelligent Robots Showcased

As China's largest summit for cloud computing and big data fields it serves as a platform for entrepreneurs to exchange ideas and to help them realize their dreams through new technologies.

Organized by Hangzhou Municipal Government and e-commerce giant Alibaba Group Holding Ltd., the conference was held over Oct. 13-16 at the international conference center at Yunqi Cloud Town, Hangzhou city.

Five social development trends of new retail, new manufacturing, new finance, new technology and new resources will emerge in the next 30 years, Mr. Jack Ma, chairman of the Alibaba Group, said during a speech at the conference.

Youyou is an intelligent robot developed by Beijing Kangli Youlan Robot Technology Co. It can greet and communicate with people fluently.
