Announcement on Change of Sponsor Representative for Continuous Supervision

Shanghai Baichu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received the "Letter on the Replacement of Sponsor Representative" issued by CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CITIC Securities").

CITIC Securities, as the sponsor and continuous supervision organization of the company's initial public offering and listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's science and technology innovation board (hereinafter referred to as the "initial project"), appoints sponsor representatives Ms. Guo Dan and Mr. Sun Shouan to be specifically responsible for the recommendation and continuous supervision of the company's initial public offering, and the statutory period of continuous supervision

Until December 31, 2022 (if there is outstanding sponsorship work at the end of the term, the sponsor will continue to complete it).

At the same time, CITIC Securities, as the sponsor and continuous supervisor of the company's 2021 A- share issuance project (hereinafter referred to as the "refinancing project") to specific targets, appointed Ms. Guo Dan and Mr. Sun Shouan as the refinancing agency.

The project and the sponsor representative during the continuous supervision period, the legal continuous supervision period until December 31, 2024.

Due to the change of work of Mr. Sun Shouan, he will no longer continue to serve as the sponsor representative during the continuous supervision of the company's initial project and refinancing project. In order to ensure the orderly conduct of the continuous supervision work, CITIC Securities hereby appoints Mr. Yu Haiyue (see the attachment for his resume) to replace Mr. Sun Shouan as the sponsor representative of the company and continue to perform the continuous supervision duties. After this replacement, the sponsor representatives during the continuous supervision period of the company's initial project and refinancing project are Ms. Guo Dan and Mr. Yu Haiyue, and the continuous supervision period ends until the end of the continuous supervision obligations stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
