ZKTeco Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received the "Letter from Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Underwriting and Sponsor Co., Ltd. on Replacing the Sponsor Representative of the IPO of the Science and Technology Innovation Board of Shenwan Hongyuan Technology Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as "Shenwan Hongyuan Underwriting and Sponsor Company") issued by Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Underwriting and Sponsor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenwan Hongyuan Underwriting and Sponsoring Company"). Shenwan Hongyuan Underwriting Sponsor Company, as the sponsor of the company's initial public offering and listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board, the original designated sponsor representatives, Mr. Yu Xiaohui and Mr. Liu Hao, are responsible for continuous supervision. In order to ensure the orderly progress of the continuous supervision work in the future, Shenwan Hongyuan Underwriting Sponsor Company now appoints Mr. Wang Peng (resume attached) to take over the continuous supervision work of Mr. Yu Xiaohui and continue to perform relevant duties.

After this change, the sponsor representatives of the company's initial public offering and listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board are Mr. Wang Peng and Mr. Liu Hao. The continuous supervision period for the company's initial public offering and listing on the STAR Market ended on December 31, 2023, and as of now, as the funds raised by the company's initial listing have not been used up, Mr. Wang Peng and Mr. Liu Hao still need to perform the responsibility of continuous supervision on the use of the company's raised funds until the funds raised in the initial listing are used up.
