1. The specific situation of the change of deputy general manager and core technical personnel
Recently, the board of directors of the company received a written resignation report submitted by Mr. Hu Ping, deputy general manager and core technical personnel. Due to personal reasons, Mr. Hu Ping applied for resignation from the position of deputy general manager and core technical personnel of the company. Upon his resignation, Mr. Hu Ping will no longer hold any position in the Company.

The Company identified Mr. Pan Heping and Mr. Mo Kezhang as the Company's core technical personnel based on their employment history, as well as their participation in the Company's core technology research and development and their contribution to business development. 3. The impact of the resignation of core technical personnel on the company
The departure of Mr. Hu Ping will not have a material adverse impact on the Company's ability to continue operations, R&D strength and core competitiveness. Team members perform their own responsibilities and ultimately form a collective outcome, which does not exist
