1. Resignation of the company's non-employee representative supervisors

The Board of Supervisors of AVIC (Chengdu) Unmanned Aircraft Systems Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received the resignation report of Ms. Wen Fang, a supervisor of the Company, who resigned from the position of Supervisor of the Company due to the adjustment of work arrangements, and no longer held any position in the Company after her resignation.

As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Ms. Wen Fang herself does not hold shares of the company. Ms. Wen Fang has been dedicated and diligent during her tenure, and the Board of Supervisors of the Company would like to express its heartfelt thanks to her for her contribution to the development of the Company during her tenure.

2. Nomination of candidates for non-employee representative supervisors

According to the provisions of the Articles of Association, Chengdu Industry, a shareholder with voting rights holding more than 3% of the company's shares

Nominated by Investment Group Co., Ltd., the company will hold the 11th meeting of the fifth board of supervisors on November 15, 2024

At the meeting, the "Proposal on Changing the Supervisors of the Fifth Board of Supervisors" was deliberated and approved, and all the supervisors unanimously agreed to nominate Ms. Zeng Ying (see the attachment for details) as the non-employee representative supervisor of the fifth board of supervisors of the company, and the term of office will be from the date of deliberation and approval of the company's general meeting of shareholders to the date of expiration of the fifth board of supervisors of the company.
