Zhu Zhen, male, born in July 1972, Chinese nationality, no right of permanent residence abroad, doctoral degree. He has successively served as a visiting scholar at the Zurich University of Technology in Switzerland, a teacher at Fudan University, a R&D manager of Hualong Fax Machine Co., Ltd., a design director of Anbao Electronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a deputy general manager of R&D of Juchen Semiconductor Co., Ltd., and a general manager of Shanghai Laishi Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. He joined the company in January 2020 and successively served as the deputy general manager of R&D and the deputy general manager of AC/DC R&D.
As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Zhu Zhen directly held 3 shares of the company's shares; It was granted a total of 266,696 restricted shares through the Company's 2020 restricted stock incentive plan and 2021 restricted stock incentive plan.
