(2) Internal decision-making procedures for the performance of guarantees

The company held the 29th meeting of the first board of directors on November 28, 2023, and in 2023

On December 20, the third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2023 was held, and the "About 2024" was deliberated and approved

Proposal on the Estimated Credit and Guarantee Amount", agreeing to provide guarantees for the credit and capital business of the holding subsidiaries in 2024, and the total guarantee amount of the guarantee documents signed during the year shall not exceed 78.669 billion yuan (or equivalent in foreign currency). The board of directors authorizes the chairman of the board of directors of the company or the authorized representative of the chairman of the board of directors to sign the relevant guarantee documents within the scope of the guarantee according to the actual occurrence of the guarantee.
