Announcement on the resignation of senior management

The board of directors and all directors of the company guarantee that there is no false record, misleading statement or material omission in the content of this announcement, and assume legal responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of its content in accordance with the law.

On January 14, 2025, the Board of Directors of Suzhou Navitas Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received a written resignation letter from Dr. Bi Xian, Deputy General Manager of the Company. Dr. Bi Xian applied for resignation from the position of Deputy General Manager of the Company for personal reasons and no longer held any position in the Company.

In accordance with the Rules Governing the Listing of Stocks on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the Articles of Association and other relevant regulations, Dr. Bi Xian's resignation letter will take effect from the date of delivery to the Board of Directors of the Company. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Dr. Bi Xian does not hold shares of the company and will not affect the normal operation of the company.

The Company and the Board of Directors of the Company would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Bi Xian for his efforts in the development of the Company during his tenure as a senior management of the Company.
