Announcement on the resignation of the chairman of the company

The board of directors and all directors of the company guarantee that there are no false records, misleading statements or material omissions in the content of this announcement, and assume legal responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of its content in accordance with the law.

The Board of Directors of China Resources Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received the resignation report of Mr. Chen Xiaojun, Chairman of the Company. Due to work adjustment, Mr. Chen Xiaojun applied for resignation as chairman of the company. The resignation of Mr. Chen Xiaojun did not result in the number of members of the Board of Directors of the Company falling below the quorum, did not affect the normal operation of the Board of Directors of the Company, and did not adversely affect the daily operations of the Company. In accordance with the provisions of the Cayman Islands Company Law, the Rules Governing the Listing of Stocks on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the Memorandum and Articles of Association as amended and restated for the ninth time, and the Implementation Rules of the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors of China Resources Microelectronics Co., Ltd., the resignation report submitted by Mr. Chen Xiaojun shall take effect from the date of delivery to the Board of Directors. The Company will, in accordance with relevant legal procedures, complete the by-election of directors and the election of the new chairman as soon as possible, and fulfill the obligation of information disclosure in a timely manner.

During his tenure as Chairman of the Company, Mr. Chen Xiaojun was dedicated and diligent and responsible, played an important role in the standardized operation and long-term development of the Company, and made important contributions to corporate governance and strategic planning. The Company and the Board of Directors of the Company would like to express their heartfelt thanks to Mr. Chen Xiaojun for his contributions during his tenure.
