Announcement on the Change of Employee Representative Supervisors

The Board of Supervisors and all supervisors of the Company guarantee that there are no false records, misleading statements or major omissions in the content of this announcement, and assume legal responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of its content in accordance with the law.

The Board of Supervisors of Zhongfu Shenying Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received the resignation report of Mr. Li Junpeng, the employee representative supervisor. Due to work arrangements, Mr. Li Junpeng applied for resignation as the company's employee representative supervisor, and continued to serve in the company after his resignation. The company would like to express its heartfelt gratitude for his diligent work and contribution to the development of the company during his tenure.

In order to ensure the normal operation of the Board of Supervisors, the Company held the 15th meeting of the first session of the Board of Supervisors on March 13, 2025

At the General Assembly, Mr. Liu Dong (see attached resume) was elected as the employee representative supervisor of the second board of supervisors of the company, and the term of office was the same as that of the second board of supervisors.

Resume of employee representative supervisors

Mr. Liu Dong, Chinese nationality, born in 1990, is a member of the Communist Party of China, with a master's degree and a senior engineer. He used to be a technician and deputy director of the precursor workshop of Zhongfu Shenying Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd., the director of the spinning workshop of Zhongfu Shenying Carbon Fiber Xining Co., Ltd., and the director of the pilot plant of Zhongfu Shenying Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd. He is currently the director of the technical department of Zhongfu Shenying Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd.

Mr. Liu Dong does not hold any shares in the Company. He has not been punished by the China Securities Regulatory Commission or other relevant departments or disciplined by the stock exchange, and meets the requirements of the Company Law and other relevant laws, regulations and regulations.
