Announcement on the change of sponsor representatives for continuous supervision

Tianneng Battery Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received the "Letter on the Change of Sponsor Representative" issued by CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CITIC Securities"). CITIC Securities, as the sponsor of the Company's initial public offering and listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board (hereinafter referred to as the "IPO Project"), the original designated sponsor representatives, Mr. Jin Bo and Ms. Xiang Xiaojuan, are responsible for the sponsorship work and continuous supervision, and the statutory continuous supervision period will end on December 31, 2024. According to the work arrangement of CITIC Securities, Mr. Wang Yizhen (see attached resume) is hereby appointed to replace Mr. Jin Bo to continue to perform the follow-up continuous supervision of the company's initial listing project, and the relevant business has been handed over.

After this change, the sponsor representatives of the company's initial listing project are Mr. Wang Yizhen and Ms. Xiang Xiaojuan, and they will continue to perform the continuous supervision work until the extension is completed.
