The Board's special report on the self-examination of the independence of independent non-executive directors

There are currently three independent non-executive directors of the Company, namely Mr. Yao Guiqing, Mr. Yao Zuhui and Mr. Fu Junyuan. Mr. Yao Guiqing has been an independent non-executive Director of the Company since August 2018, and Mr. Yao Zuhui and Mr. Fu Junyuan have been independent non-executive Directors of the Company since February 2022.

In accordance with the requirements of the Measures for the Administration of Independent Directors of Listed Companies and the Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange No. 1 - Standardized Operation, and in combination with the self-examination of independent non-executive directors, the Board of Directors of the Company believes that the three independent non-executive directors comply with the requirements of the Measures for the Administration of Independent Directors of Listed Companies and other laws and regulations, as well as the requirements of the Articles of Association on the independence of independent non-executive directors, and there is no relationship that hinders their independent and objective judgment. There are no circumstances affecting the independence of independent non-executive directors.
