Announcement on the replacement of the company's supervisors

The Board of Supervisors and all supervisors of the Company guarantee that there are no false records, misleading statements or material omissions in the content of the announcement, and assume legal responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of its content in accordance with the law.

The Board of Supervisors of Trina Solar Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received the resignation report of Mr. Cui Yixiang, a Supervisor of the Company. Mr. Cui Yixiang applied for resignation as a supervisor of the Company due to personal work arrangements, and did not hold any position in the Company after his resignation.

Mr. Cui Yixiang's term of office on the board of supervisors was originally scheduled to expire until the expiration of the third session of the board of supervisors of the company. In accordance with the Company Law, the Articles of Association and other relevant provisions, the resignation of Mr. Cui Yixiang during his term of office will cause the number of members of the Board of Supervisors of the Company to fall below the legal minimum, and Mr. Cui Yixiang will still perform his duties as a supervisor of the Company in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations until the new supervisors are elected by the shareholders' meeting of the Company.

In order to ensure the normal work of the board of supervisors of the company, the company held the third session of supervisors on March 31, 2025

At the twelfth meeting, the "Proposal on the Replacement of the Company's Supervisors" was deliberated and passed, and the Board of Supervisors of the Company agreed to nominate Mr. Tang Qinan as a candidate for the non-employee representative supervisor of the third board of supervisors of the company (see the attachment for details), the proposal still needs to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for deliberation, and the term of office shall be from the date of deliberation and approval of the shareholders' meeting to the date of expiration of the third board of supervisors.

During his tenure as a supervisor of the company, Mr. Cui Yixiang fulfilled his duties and obligations with diligence and responsibility, and the board of supervisors of the company would like to express his heartfelt thanks to Mr. Cui Yixiang for his contributions to the company during his tenure.
