After verifying the employment experience of independent directors Lou Peihuang, Luo Laiqian and Xu Dongdong and the relevant self-inspection documents signed, the above-mentioned persons did not hold any position in the company other than independent directors, nor did they hold any position in the company's major shareholder company, and there was no interest or other relationship that might hinder their independent and objective judgment with the company, major shareholders and actual controllers, which was in line with the "Measures for the Administration of Independent Directors of Listed Companies" and the "Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 1 of the Shanghai Stock Exchange - Standardized Operation" requirements for the independence of independent directors.
