Guotai Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guotai Haitong" or "the Sponsor") is the sponsor of the initial public offering and listing of Suzhou TZTEK Technology Co., Ltd. Sponsorship and Continuing Supervision until 31 December 2022. The Continuing Supervision Period has been completed

expires on December 31, 2022, but since the company's funds have not been used up after the expiration of the continuous supervision period,

In accordance with the relevant regulations, the sponsor will continue to perform its obligation of continuous supervision on this unfinished matter.

The company recently received the "Letter from Guotai Haitong on Replacing the Sponsor Representative of Suzhou TZTEK Technology Co., Ltd.", and Mr. Zheng Yu, the original sponsor representative, is no longer responsible for the company's continuous supervision due to personal reasons. In order to ensure the orderly progress of the continuous supervision work, Guotai Haitong has appointed Mr. Zhang Zhancong (see attached resume) as the sponsor representative to replace Mr. Zheng Yu to continue to perform the continuous supervision work. After the change of sponsor representatives, the company's initial public offering and listing project continued to supervise the sponsor representatives of Mr. Yan Ying and Mr. Zhang Zhancong.
