Announcement on Change of Sponsor Representative for Continuous Supervision

the company's board of directors and all directors to ensure that the contents of this announcement does not exist any false records, misleading statements or major omissions, and the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the contents of the legal responsibility.

(hereinafter referred to as "the company") recently received a letter from China International Capital Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "CICC") on the replacement of the initial public offering of shares of gekemicro Co., Ltd. and the continuous supervision of the sponsor representative of the listed project on the science and technology innovation board.

As the sponsor and continuous supervision organization of the company's initial public offering of shares and listing on the board (hereinafter referred to as the "initial listing"), CICC originally designated Mr. Zhang Zhihao and Mr. Sun Yuan as the sponsor representatives to be responsible for the continuous supervision of the company's initial listing. At present, Mr. Zhang Zhihao cannot continue to be responsible for the continuous supervision of the company due to work arrangements. In order to ensure the orderly conduct of the continuous supervision work in the future, CICC appointed Ms. Xin Yi (resume attached) to replace Mr. Zhang Zhihao as the sponsor representative of the company's continuous supervision, and continued to perform the duties of continuous supervision.

After the change of the sponsor representative, the sponsor representatives responsible for the continuous supervision period of the company's initial listing project are Mr. Sun Yuan and Ms. Xin Yi, and the continuous supervision period will end until the end of the continuous supervision obligation stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
