The company and Runjia (Shanghai) Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Runjia Shanghai") respectively own 50% of the equity of Wuxi Runmin. JS401 is a targeted angiopoietin-like protein 3 jointly developed by the company and its partner Runjia Shanghai.
