Sirepu Microelectronics Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 15th meeting of the third board of directors on April 14, 2023, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Amending the Articles of Association". The details are as follows:

Changes in 1. share capital

The 2020 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan is reserved for the grant of 59,294 shares of restricted stock for the first vesting period, which were registered with the Shanghai Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited on October 14, 2022.

The 2020 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan is reserved for the grant of 23,846 shares of restricted stock for the second vesting period for the first vesting period, which was registered with China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, Shanghai Branch on November 15, 2022.
