The Philippines will resume its e-visa program for Chinese citizens in November, CCTV reported today, citing the Philippine Embassy in China. Chinese travelers visiting for tourism or business and entering through Manila or Mactan-Cebu international airports can apply for an e-visa for stays of up to 14 days.
