The Global Award for Sustainable Development in Cities, also known as #ShanghaiAward, will be presented at the main venue for #WorldCitiesDay in Bogotá on Oct. 31. As the first international award jointly initiated by the UN-Habitat and the government of Shanghai, it aims at recognizing cities around the world that provide comprehensive solutions and make significant progress in sustainable development.
