Jotun signed a deal with the Zhangjiagang municipal government to set up a high-performance coatings factory and and liquid coatings R&D center in the Chinese county-level city under Suzhou, with a total investment of USD330 million, the Norwegian paints and coatings manufacturer said yesterday. The plant is expected to achieve an annual output value of CNY10 billion (USD1.4 billion).
