China's Jiangning Economic and Technological Development Zone signed a deal with ABB Group over a mega power transmission factory, with a total investment of around CNY1.5 billion (USD212 million), the Nanjing press office said today. The plant is expected to achieve an annual output value of no less than CNY2 billion.
