China's central state-owned enterprises reported a combined added value of CNY9.5 trillion (USD1.35 trillion) in the first 11 months of this year, up 1.4% from a year ago, official data showed. Excluding real estate, their fixed-asset investment climbed 0.7% to CNY3.3 trillion.
