Profits of China's state-owned and state-controlled enterprises rose 3.1% to CNY3.72 trillion (USD531 billion) in the first 11 months of this year from a year earlier, according to the Ministry of Finance. The operating revenues climbed 1% to CNY75.63 trillion (USD10.8 trillion) in the period.
