Geely-backed ride-hailing firm Caocao said yesterday it will fully acquire StarRides and Geely Business Travel, with the two becoming its wholly-owned units upon completing the deal. The move aims to build a one-stop, tech-driven mobility platform, CEO Gong Xin said.
