Twin giant pandas Xiao Xiao and Lei Lei, who were born in Tokyo's Ueno Zoo in 2021, will return to China on Jan. 27, one month earlier than originally scheduled, CCTV News reported. Their final public viewing day will be Jan. 25. Afterwards, Japan will be left without any pandas.
