Funds raised through IPOs on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange surged six-and-a-half-fold in January from the year before to reach HKD39.3 billion (USD5 billion), operator Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing said. Thirteen companies listed last month, a jump of 64%.
