CATL has issued this year's first tranche of a five-year green tech innovation bond to raise CNY5 billion (USD723.5 million) at a coupon rate of 1.7%, according to a filing to the HKEX. It will mainly use the proceeds for project construction, working capital replenishment, and debt repayment.
