Wingtech Technology said yesterday that it is “extremely disappointed” with the latest ruling by the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal regarding the Nexperia case. The court upheld its previous decision, did not lift interim measures on Nexperia or restore Wingtech’s shareholder control, and ordered an investigation into its Dutch chipmaking unit.
