AstraZeneca declined to comment on Yicai's inquiry regarding a report that Shenzhen authorities charged the UK-Swedish drugmaker's former executive VP and a former senior employee for unlawful collection of personal information and illegal trade. AstraZeneca China hasn't been indicted on charges of medical insurance fraud, it said in a recent financial report.
