Pop Mart is suing 3D printing firm Bambu Lab over copyright ownership and infringement, with the case set to go to trial on April 2. According to the suit, users on Bambu Lab’s MakerWorld platform uploaded 3D-printing files of Pop Mart’s “Labubu” figurines for free download, allowing others to reproduce the popular IP. At present, searches for “Labubu” on the platform yield no results. Its shares [HKG: 9992] closed down 5.5% today.
