STO Express yesterday held the groundbreaking ceremony for its regional HQ in Changzhou, Jiangsu province. With a total investment of CNY3 billion (USD437 million), the base will create over 2,000 new jobs, integrating multiple functions, including intelligent sorting, cloud warehouse management, big data operations, and e-commerce services.
