Beijing-based Galbot has unveiled the world’s first fully autonomous humanoid tennis robot, capable of continuously rallying with humans on a real court, in collaboration with a Tsinghua University team. The 1.75m robot uses a LATENT control algorithm and learns autonomously through deep reinforcement learning.
