Pop Mart and Sony Pictures will develop a live-action animated film based on the Chinese toy maker's viral IP #Labubu, which will be directed and produced by Paul King, who directed the first two Paddington films and Wonka, the two firms said today. Labubu creator Kasing Lung will serve as executive producer.
