China's securities watchdog fined Shuangliang Eco-Energy Systems CNY13 million (USD1.9 million) for alleged violations of information disclosure rules, after the Chinese solar material processing equipment maker disclosed SpaceX orders and send its shares surging by their daily trading limit on Feb. 12, the company said today.
