Asia’s economy may grow 4.5% this year, 0.2 percentage points slower than last year, according to a flagship report released today by the Boao Forum for Asia 2026. Chinese economist Zhang Yuyan said that despite global uncertainties, Asia will remain a key driver of global growth, underpinned by strong resilience.
