China’s Cainiao is linking arms with Thailand's CP AXTRA to develop an integrated instant retail logistics network across Thailand and ASEAN, according to the strategic cooperation agreement signed by the logistics arm of Alibaba and the subsidiary of Charoen Pokphand Group today.
