Kinsho Sushi said it will fully refund customers who dined yesterday at one of its conveyor-belt sushi restaurants in Hangzhou, China, and compensate them in cash equal to 10 times what they spent, after a rat was found running on the conveyor belt that day. Based on an on-site investigation, the company said the rat likely entered through the doorway connecting the eatery to the mall corridor, rather than originating from inside the restaurant.
